Lincoln start-ups get potential future premises

A partnership between Taylor Lindsey and North Kesteven District Council has presented an exciting opportunity for start-ups, those looking for their first business address or to expand.

Hodgson Elkington LLP, the Lincoln based chartered surveyors and commercial agents are the sole letting agents for the scheme.

The construction of a new scheme of 14 quality industrial units totalling 15000 sq.ft has started on site at Churchill Business Park, Bracebridge Heath. The development is ideally located in a prominent frontage position on the A15 on the southern edge of Lincoln City Centre. The scheme is due to be completed summer 2012.

A range of sizes are available from 750 sq.ft to 1250 sq.ft, to be let on flexible “easy in-easy out” agreement, at competitive rates. Marie Gutteridge of Hodgson Elkington LLP said “These units provide an excellent opportunity for businesses in the south east of the City where historically there has not been one. We are already fielding enquiries from prospective occupiers before the scheme has progressed very far and are confident that a number of units will be occupied from completion.“

There is an option to lease additional compound storage and the site benefits from ample car parking. For further information please contact Marie Gutteridge 01522 814660 or Lewis Cove 01522 698888.
