Dressing to impress in Lincoln

A host of Lincolnshire ladies delved into their wardrobes recently and wore their wedding dresses at a fantastic ball at The Lawns in Lincoln.

Organisers Emma Whaler and Chris Davis point out that a lady’s wedding dress is probably the most expensive outfit they’ll ever buy – but will usually only ever wear it once.

This sparkling ball, therefore, was the chance to relive that special day, as well as help raise cash for Barnardo’s and local charities Canadda and Strut. Further cash was raised by a raffle and auction on the night, while guests enjoyed great food, dancing and magical entertainment.
