Big-hearted revellers raise cash

Dave Cooper’s annual events to raise money for the British Heart Foundation has long been established as one of the most popular nights on the social calendar

Dave estimates that, over the past decade or so, he has managed to raise a six figure sum to allow the charity to continue its excellent work.

At the most recent event, the tenth, at the Bentley Hotel in Lincoln, around £2200 was raised thanks to guests who enjoyed live music from Big Business and Dan Ashley as well as fine food and good company. Dave also expressed a special thanks to all the local companies that contributed prizes to the raffle and auction.
