After being cancelled in 2020 for the first time, the 2021 Boston May Fair – which sees streets lined with rides, food stalls, game stalls and more – has been postponed.
Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, it has been agreed between Boston Borough Council and the Derby, Notts and Lincs Showman’s Guild to initially postpone the Boston May Fair to run in August from Saturday 28 August to Saturday 4 September 2021.
Cllr Stevens, Portfolio Holder for Environmental Services, said: “We are pleased to be able to work with the Showman’s Guild to schedule a new date for the Fair as it is such a popular event with people near and far.
“It was definitely missed in the town last year and we look forward to welcoming the Fair back to Boston.”
