Following planning approval from West Lindsey District Council, Lincoln commercial property developers, Stirlin, have begun constructing a new phase on their established development in Saxilby: Riverside Enterprise Park.
Riverside Enterprise Park is a 6.4-acre commercial development by Stirlin and Castle Group, situated just three miles from the Lincoln Bypass and five miles from Lincoln City Centre.
Phase five on the development will offer eight light industrial units, divided into two terraces of four.
The first terrace (Phase 5a), expected to be complete in Summer 2021, will comprise two units of 1,250 square feet and two units of 1,500 square feet.
The second terrace (Phase 5b) will comprise four units of 1,500 square feet, which will each benefit from a generous secure yard to the rear.
All units will include allocated parking, a personnel door, an electrical sectional door and DDA compliant toilet facilities.
James Kirby, Owner of Stirlin says: “We’re excited to be able to start construction on a further phase of units on Riverside Enterprise Park. Following the completion of the new phase, we will have developed over 108,000 sq ft of commercial property within Saxilby so far, which demonstrates our commitment to improving the area.
“We have seen a strong demand from businesses seeking commercial space within Saxilby, so we’re pleased to be able to provide further commercial space to facilitate these growing businesses and bring employment to the area.”
