Kaplan Property Group has secured detailed planning permission to transform a former garden centre, retail and restaurant site on the edge of Spalding into 72 residential units of mixed tenure.
Spalding Lifestyle Centre has until recently traded as a garden centre and restaurant, located directly adjacent Johnson Community Hospital, Spalding.
The approved plans for the 4.2 acre site secure a comprehensive redevelopment and will provide homes of mixed tenure delivering 1, 2 & 3 bedroom properties. Construction work will commence March 2020 with first phase occupations due autumn 2021.
Kaplan Property Group is a residential led property company based in Leicestershire, with an extensive residential led programme across the Midlands region. The latest scheme in Spalding has been designed through close consultation with South Holland District Council (SHDC) and represents a continued commitment to the district of South Holland.

Kaplan’s current programme commitments secure the delivery of circa 350 units during the 2020/21 period with requirements for further development opportunities across the Midlands.
