The number of COVID-19 cases across the county has passed 55,000.
As of Sunday 14 March, a total of 55,502 cases have been reported across Greater Lincolnshire since the pandemic began – an increase in 1,120 cases from the Sunday prior.
This represents more new cases than the week ending Sunday 7 March, which saw 899 new instances.
Broken down, Lincolnshire has reported a total of 38,996 cases, North East Lincolnshire has seen 8,101 cases, and North Lincolnshire has witnessed 8,405 cases.
At lower tier local authority level, Boston has recorded a total of 4,606 instances, East Lindsey has seen 6,072, Lincoln has witnessed 6,713, North Kesteven has reported 5,357, South Holland has recorded 4,870, South Kesteven has seen 7,000, and West Lindsey has witnessed 4,378 cases.
