The number of Coronavirus cases in Greater Lincolnshire has increased by 4,889 in the past week. This is in comparison to 3,915 new instances during the week prior.
As of a total of 74,096 cases of COVID-19 have been reported across the county, since the pandemic began, up from 69,207 on .
Broken down, Lincolnshire has reported a total of 48,793 cases (up 2,566 in a week), North East Lincolnshire has seen 13,833 cases (up 1,612), and North Lincolnshire has witnessed 11,470 cases (up 711).
At lower tier local authority level, Boston has recorded a total of 5,881 instances (up 296 in a week), East Lindsey has seen 7,906 (up 519), Lincoln has witnessed 8,170 (up 414), North Kesteven has reported 6,449 (up 285), South Holland has recorded 6,043 (up 257), South Kesteven has seen 8,702 (up 445), and West Lindsey has witnessed 5,642 (up 350).
The figures come as most COVID guidance and legal restrictions are lifted today (19 July).
