New hires and contract wins for Lincoln behaviour change agency

Lincoln-based behaviour change agency Social Change UK has expanded its team with four new hires and a further two new recruits expected to join the team in the coming weeks.

The award-winning social research, marketing and creative agency specialising in behaviour change have seen a demand for their skills and expertise in the last 12 months.

As well as assisting public sector organisations through the pandemic, the agency has been working with businesses and brands to deliver purpose through their work.

Four new members joined the team last month including Marketing Campaigns Manager Lauren, who has a background in sustainable marketing, Junior Social Media Manager Lindsey, joining us from the charity sector, Creative Designer Robyn who brings nearly a decade of design experience to the team and recent psychology graduate Anna who joins us fresh out of Lincoln University as a Research Assistant.

Despite a challenging year for all, Social Change UK have successfully supported companies throughout the pandemic.

The company has worked on vital campaigns, including creating an innovative digital COVID-19 dashboard for Public Health to help residents navigate the ever-changing guidelines and restrictions, research around behaviours and attitudes towards the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions and campaigns to encourage, promote and sustain positive behaviours around the use of local NHS services throughout the pandemic.

In addition to covid-related activity, the agency is pleased to welcome a host of new clients from the public, third and commercial sector including British Gypsum, Welsh Government and NHS Lincolnshire.

Looking ahead to the new financial year, the growing team of changemakers have ambitious plans to work with new and existing clients. Two new roles are advertised this week to allow the team to expand and grow including an Account Manager and Web Developer.

Kelly Hunstone, Chief Executive of Social Change UK, said: “This has been a challenging year for all, but we have come together as a team to push forward our growth plans and make a difference.

“We are extremely proud to have supported the NHS and our public sector clients through this last year and we look forward to building on those partnerships in the coming years as we surface from this pandemic and work together to address the issues that have emerged as a result of the pandemic.

“Our new recruits are crucial to being further capacity and capability in our team and we are excited to have them on board.”
