The Ship Inn re-opens under new owners at Barnoldby-Le-Beck

After nearly two decades under the same ownership, Michele Robinson, the former proprietor of The Ship Inn at Barnoldby-Le-Beck, has passed over the reins to Ryan and Sam who have many years’ experience in the industry.

They have loved meeting the regular guests and locals who have praised and welcomed the refurbishment and have enjoyed all the new dishes currently on the menu at The Ship Inn.

This is a long-term venture for the new owners who want to build on the great reputation with further plans to enhance the outside space in spring.

Knowing it is an unsettled time for the industry, the main focus is to continue producing great food, create a welcoming and friendly service, increase the opening hours and to create a relaxing cosy village pub atmosphere to see it through these times.

Ryan and Sam have a background in the hospitality trade and are keen to settle into this quaint part of Lincolnshire. They are also looking forward to opening the pub right through the festive period including Christmas Day – a first for The Ship Inn for over a decade.
