Work starts at new housing development in Saxilby

Construction work is now well underway at leading developer Lovell Homes’ Ingleby View development in Saxilby, after members of the Parish Council visited the site to officially ‘break the ground’.

Chairman of the Parish Council, Councillor David Cotton, visited the development located off Sturton Road, with Vice Chairman Councillor Paul Roberts, Chairman of the Planning Committee, Councillor Russell Spurr and Parish Clerk Elaine Atkin, to meet with Lovell representatives and take a tour around the site.

Due to launch in summer 2019, Ingleby View is a brand new development of 133 two, three and four-bedroom homes in the friendly Lincolnshire village of Saxilby.

Each home will benefit from allocated parking, ensuite bathrooms, a private rear garden, integrated appliances and more, as well as being perfectly crafted with inspiring style, unrivalled quality and exceptional value, all of which are hallmarks of a Lovell home.

“Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council welcomed the invitation to join Lovell Homes in the ground-breaking ceremony. This reflects the developer’s positive approach in seeking to work with the community, not only via the consultation that has taken place to date, but through their indicated intention to support events and facilities which will benefit the parish going forwards. The Parish Council looks forward to developing this ongoing relationship.”

Lovell regional sales manager Toni Boden said: “We are so excited to have started work on this great development.

“Ingleby View is located in the friendly village of Saxilby, offering glorious views, great local amenities and a ready-built friendly community.

“This development brings a wonderful selection of our finest homes, perfect for all types of purchaser looking for rural living in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.

“We have already received a lot of interested in these stunning homes and anticipate the development to be very popular. I would encourage any potential homebuyers to register their interest now to avoid missing out.”

Just seven miles from Lincoln, the development is perfectly located in north Saxilby, with uninterrupted views of the open Lincolnshire countryside.
