Cakes & Ale Theatre’s Xmas extravaganza is back!

It’s Christmas and The Blue Room in Lincoln is welcoming the illustrious Lincoln Community Night School “Enthusiastic” Theatre Company (LCNSETC) for their take on Charles Dickens’ seminal Christmas classic, A Christmas Carol.

The LCNSETC promise a two-act festive comedy show, with a delicious three course meal and a glass of fizz on arrival.

A. Chicken Liver Parfait with Red Onion Marmalade

B. Classic Prawn Cocktail with Marie Rose Sauce

C. Balsamic Roasted Beetroot, Cherry Tomato and Grilled Artichoke Salad (Vg)

Main:

A. Roast Turkey, Sage Onion Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets

B. Braised Blade of Beef with Wild Mushroom and Red Wine Sauce

C. Roasted Butternut Wellington with Red Wine Sauce

(All served with Roast Potatos and Seasonal Veg)

Dessert:

A. Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce

B. Winter Berry Cheesecake with Fruit Compote

C. Lincolnshire Cheese Board with Apple Chutney and Plum Bread
